The first September weekend traditionally belonged to the skaters who reunited at the Matylda water reservoir to measure the strengths of the Czech Marathon Championship.

Skaters from Tempish Heartbeat and TEMPISH Inline Team were obviously not missing. Not only were they not missing, they fought and won several titles of the Republic Champion!
The main senior category was dominated by Michal Prokop (TEMPISH Heartbeat Inline) and he became the Champion of the Czech Republic. Hana Duspivová (TEMPISH Inline team) and Ondřej Suchý (TEMPISH Heartbeat Inline) became Czech champions in the U40 category (30-39 years), Martin Labuz became the Vicechampion of the Czech Republic in the U50 category (40-49 years), Martin Volek from the same team finished fourth in the race. Also Silvestr Neméth (TEMPISH inline team) finished fourth in the Championship race, representing the U 60 category.

The championship race was an open race, so competitors from other countries could also participate. In the overall rankings of the women's race were also German skaters on the first positions, namely among the women winners Claudia Pechstein (OBFST), the second placed in total and at the same time becoming a Champion in the Junior catecory was Andrea Lokvencová (KSBM Praha) and on the third position finished the race Antje Dometzky (OBFST).
The men category was in the overall ranking a domain of our competitors - the first three places were the following: Michal Prokop on the first place, Ondřej Suchý on the second place and third place Tomáš Ptáčník (Legalsport).
